Oh WOW! How AWESOME you guys are!

Thank you SO MUCH for your love, support, and advice!

This too shall pass!!!!

I will be thinking of all of you guys too!

D - thanks for liking my 365, I am having a lot of fun with it! :)

Man, you just can't catch a break can you? What meds is Haley on for the reflux? I can so feel your stress and sleep depravation, as Ben was a very very fussy newborn as well, due to the reflux issues. He was on Zantac and it took about 2 or 3 weeks until we noticed any real improvements. The improvements were only that he stopped screaming and arching, he still spits up a lot though (it's getting better now that he's on solids). Have you looked into any of the sleep wedges that are supposed to help with the reflux babies? Good luck my dear...take comfort in the fact that a lot of us know exactly what you're going through, although that doesn't make it any easier for you! Take care!

I've been peed on many times in the last 4 months. Being puked on is second nature too! Hope the meds help. Jacob also has acid reflux, but it really doesn't seem to bother him, so we chose not to medicate....the Dr really didn't think he needed it. After being spit up on 25 times from 7-9...having him spit up on my bed twice just during a diaper change...2 hours after he ate mind you, and having him spit all over the jammies I JUST put on him, I'm starting to disagree....sorry..just had to vent.
We all had the stomach virus here....everyone except Jake, and we all ahd it at the same time. I feel for you, that was definately the worst one I've ever had. Feel better soon!!!

she is just beautiful. Isn't it funny how being peed on just isn't that gross when it is your own little loves who are doing it. LOL!!!

I just read that she is taking reflux meds, ohhh my she sounds just like joseph did when he was first born. He would not sleep only in the arms or in his car seat. And we never understood why he arched. The doctor seen him do that at two weeks old and said ohh i bet he has reflux. He never spit up (which is normal for reflux) so we never thought much of it we just figured he was colickly and we would get through it. Doctor said he had silent reflux sure enough after a test he did. So two weeks later after giving him Zantac and reglan my lil boy was sitting in his swing and not crying. Of course I thought something was wrong. So i call the doctor and we go in, and, me the paranoid mama that I am, Tell him something's wrong he is not crying I think he is lathargic, he has to be sick. After he checked him over, he laughed at me (he is a wonderful dr. really) and said "Kim this is the way your lil man should act. He is not sick, the meds finally kicked in and he is not hurting from the reflux anymore"

Since that day, and switching him to Nutramagin (freaking expensive formula) he is lactose intolerant. Life has been great and he was the best baby ever after that, hardly ever cried, just a joy. Believe me I am not sugar coating it cuz i would tell you if he was being a brat. LOL!!!

I hope the meds work out for her and you finally get a good nights sleep. Cuz us mama's need our sleep to keep the house running.

Have a great day.

Hope you are feeling better soon.
Haley has perfect timing.

I LOVE your 365 pics! I wish I had time to do something like that these days. Snow day today....woot! I am home all alone (gasp) How luxurious! Must go clean things. LOL.
Thank you for reminding me to always try to keep a sense of humor through all things. Crossing my fingers for the reflux med to work. XXOO

hee hee. that's funny. :)
hope you feel better soon!

Oh yuck...stomach virus? I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. And I'm sure that you're immune system is lacking these days because of the lack of rest that you (haven't) been getting.

Get well soon, Kel. And I hope the shots don't make Haley ill...that's the last thing you need!

Love ya!!

LOL :) Haley's only way of getting back at the world for the needles AND being called high maintenance!

How has she been after the shots??

Hope you feel better soon Kel.
