I spent several hours yesterday uploading and captioning new pictures to our family website. Yes, hours. Nearly 100 new pictures. I wouldn't mind throwing my computer out the window for a day or two after all the time I spent posting all the new pictures. I sure hope all of our out of town relatives enjoy our website *GRIN* or at least look at it. We do it for them, mostly.
I have SO MANY things that I had planned on blogging about but in true Kelly fashion I don't have the proper time, energy, or motivation, especially NOT after spending hours and hours uploading pictures. I at least want to briefly mention all the things we have been up to lately. Especially the things that relate to all the new pictures that I posted.
This will be totally random and quite possibly wayyyyyy out of order but hey it's better than nothing right?!
Okay, here comes Totally Random Tuesday ----
Recently, I enjoyed another one of these with my old high school friend. A group of us rented a chick flick and had a delicious homemade Italian dinner. Lots of laughs. Lots of good food. A good time. We are hoping to make this at least a monthly thing for us all.
We had a nice time at a Superbowl Party, I mean hours and hours without kids, IS a nice break right?!
We had a GREAT time at the St. Louis Science Center, the day of Austin's appt in St. Louis. The pictures say it all!
We had a BLAST at Bonkers. Two times in one weekend. Too much fun. This is where the kids probably picked up the latest stomach virus. Again, the pictures say it all!
Nathan and I had a wonderful special and FABULOUS day together at his preschool. I had a great time volunteering on swim day. It was so incredible riding the bus with him, eating with him, going to the YMCA with him, and coming home together. It was the SWEETEST DAY EVER. BTW, have you ever tried taking a picture of you and your child in a bus seat? Very very difficult, not enough space!
We finally got new professional pictures done of the boys, separate and together. Boy, was that an interesting experience, ha ha, to say the least. I need to scan them soon. Can you say FORTUNE?!
You can check out all the new pictures HERE. There are even a couple pictures of ME, GASP! I don't really care for the pictures of me but hey it was early, I had no make up on, not even my beloved powder, and it is seriously difficult to take pictures in a small bus seat.
PS Dirty Laundry has been updated and the boys are slowly but surely getting better from the stomach virus. It's been a long week for me and especially for them. Poor Nathan has had to miss two days of school and swim day today. Good thing, it's only preschool I guess but still. He loves it. And I love it.
Have I ever mentioned how much Nathan and Austin fight?! Fight in a loving way of course. OMG. Two boys, 20 months apart, very very challenging. A blessing and challenging. Enough said.
